When can you ship (and deliver) my cheesecake?
Due to the perishable nature of our product, orders are shipped via 2nd Day service on Mondays, Tuesdays and
Wednesdays only; for delivery on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays by 5:00pm.
Our bakery hours are Mon-Fri, 9:00am to 5:00pm Central Standard Time, and orders placed over the weekends through our
online store will be processed the following Monday.
For example:
- Online or phone orders placed on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will be processed the following
Monday; with shipment on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday depending on your required date of delivery.
- Online or phone orders placed on Monday or Tuesday will ship on Wednesday.
- Shipment via Next Day service is available at an additional charge.
- Saturday deliveries are available to a limited area at an additional charge.

you require your cheesecake to arrive and we'll see if it's available and give you a shipping estimate.
Keep in mind that not all requested delivery dates are available,
- There are no deliveries on Sundays, Mondays or Tuesdays
- Deliveries are also unavailable on some holidays such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor
Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Keep in mind that our cheesecakes freeze wonderfully for up to (4) months, so if you are planning on serving them for an
upcoming holiday or family event order them for advance delivery.
While we will certainly try to accommodate your needs, specific delivery dates may incur additional fees for Next Day Service,
Saturday delivery and Expedite Fees.
Please note that large volume, or corporate orders may require additional processing time and additional shipping fees may
apply based upon your required delivery date.

We currently offer (2) different sizes in each of our seven flavors:
- A 7-Inch round weighing approximately 2 1/2 lbs., and can serve (6-8) for $24.95 + shipping
- A 9-Inch round, weighing approximately 3 1/2 lbs., and can serve (8-10) for $34.95 + shipping

How much is shipping?
During the cooler months of the year, (October - March), we are able to ship via 2nd Day Air. However during the warmer
months, (April - September), we must ship via Next Day Air to ensure they remain at the proper temperature during transit.
- 2nd Day Air = $18.75 flat rate (Only available on Oct-March shipments)
- Next Day Air = $29.75 flat rate (Required on April-Sept Shipments)
- Saturday Delivery = +$20.00 additional fee, on top of 2nd Day or Next Day charges
- Expedite Fee = +$20.00 additional fee, on top of 2nd Day, Next Day or Saturday charges
Contact us with your requested delivery date and we'll be happy to tell you how much your shipping will be and if any
additional charges are required.
What keeps my cheesecake cold while being shipped? All our hand-made cheesecakes are wrapped in a protective seal and fully frozen within hours of removal from the oven. Once frozen, each one is carefully packed into it's own custom-fit Styrofoam case, topped with a leak-free frozen gel pack and surrounded with a heavy-weight cardboard shipping container. All these steps help to ensure that your cake is protected and perfectly chilled while in transit.

Are you ever out of a flavor? Just like everyone else, our Holiday Season can be a little hectic. Our cheesecakes are hand-made in small batches and shipped to order, so from time to time, we may run out of an particular flavor. If there is every any question or problem with getting your order processed as requested, we will make every attempt to contact you directly, either by phone or email. If your flavor is unavailable, we'll promptly advise you as to what is available and when you can expect delivery.

I want my cheesecake this week! When do I need to place my order? Orders must be received at least (2) business days prior to your required delivery date. For example, if you wish to have delivery on Friday of this week, we must have received your order BEFORE 12:00 noon (Central Standard Time) on Tuesday to allow for processing and shipment via 2nd Day Air service on Wednesday. Orders received after the 12:00 noon (CST) cut-off may require additional fees for Expedited service and Next Day delivery.
Where are you ordering from? Keep in mind that the 12:00 Noon cut-off time is based upon our Central Standard Time Zone. This means that if you are:
- Ordering from the Eastern Time Zone, your cut-off time is 1:00 PM
- Ordering from the Central Time Zone, your cut-off time is 12:00 PM
- Ordering from the Mountain Time Zone, your cut-off time is 11:00am
- Ordering from the Pacific Time Zone, your cut-off time is 10:am

Where can't you ship? Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to locations outside the continental United States such as Canada and Hawaii. We are also unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO or AFO addresses, or international addresses. All of these could require a transit time or delivery delay of more than 2-Days at which point the cheesecakes would spoil in transit.

What if I change my mind? Can my order be changed or cancelled? First, contact us ASAP by phone @ (918)361-6358. We'll make every attempt to work with you on revising your order if possible or cancelling it if need be. However, we cannot accept changes or cancellations on orders that have already shipped. We are also unable to accept cancellations on special orders such as corporate gifts, weddings, birthdays and special events.

What if I ship to myself or a friend and we are not home at the time of delivery? Is a signature
required?
Signatures are not required upon delivery and most packages are left at the door. However, it is very important that once
shipped, the cheesecake spend no more than 2-Days out of the freezer. It is the Customer's responsibility to provide us with
an accurate shipping address as well as ensuring that someone is there to receive the cheesecake soon after delivery.
We recommend that if sending a cheesecake as a gift you contact the recipient to advise them of the expected arrival or have
the cheesecake shipped to a business address as generally there is someone available to accept the package.
Delivery verification to the requested address is available for all shipments. We cannot be responsible for cheesecakes that
are left unattended, lost, stolen or eaten upon delivery by someone other than the intended recipient. (Yes, it's happened
and it's "always" the dog!)
